These Terms govern your use of Kata’s services, including our SMS messaging program.

SMS terms

By opting in to Kata’s SMS program, you consent to receive text messages related to trial class booking confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling notices, and post-trial follow-up.

• Message frequency varies based on your trial activity, generally a few messages per week.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of future messages.
• Reply HELP for assistance, or contact abhijitsachdev@gmail.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Use of the service

Kata is provided for scheduling and managing martial arts trial class bookings. You agree to provide accurate contact information and to use the service only for its intended purpose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Kata’s services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
